The Cuttlebug Spot ~ Challenge 21

We have a fun challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot this week... Serendipity technique embossed used somehow on your card. I had a lot of fun with this card. My son and I made a ABC fishing game using Cricut's An Ocean of Words over the weekend which is what prompted this card. He of course loves the pirate ship. He helped me by tearing the bits of paper for the backround while I made the cuts and doodled. I think we did pretty good! LOL I am really impressed with the other design team cards this week. So many different looks and ideas for this technique I definately will be trying out myself in the future. Stop by and show us your work~

Materials used:
Cuttlebug A2: D'Vine Swirl
Cricut: An Ocean of Words~ Pirate ship cut at 3 3/4, Waves 1 1/4, Seagrass 3 3/4.
Stamp: Studio G
Ship sails inked with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Ship inked with black and brown pigment ink.

What a great background the serendipity makes for the sky in your nautical project.

That´s such a great one! It makes a great sky on your maritim card. It looks like they are shipping on stormy waters.
And I love that you made this one together with Liam. I´m sure you both had a lot of fun - and he must be proud to have helped you.

Wonderful job you both did!

Cuttlehugs,
Kathrin aka Kruemel

I imagine it took a lot of work to put everything together and colour them to perfection. Looks like you and your son make an unbeatable team. :) Keep up the good work!
