This week at
The Cuttlebug Spot we're creating for Thanksgiving, featuring a Turkey. I have to say, this is my favorite card possibly ever, hence the multiple photos :)... I have been in a creative slump for a while and I feel like going crazy with projects since this creation. I'm in the middle of a move so this really stinks but my sketch pad is out and I've been coloring images like mad... Crossing fingers I get to use them soon! This Easel card is so simple but makes the card so special. When we spend time crafting a masterpiece, and share it, this really is the best example I've seen to share and enjoy the artwork for the recipient. Just love it. I made mine 6x6. I found several tutorials on YouTube and many featured on blogs for example. My image is a fun free little vintage gal riding her tom's found at
The Vintage Workshop. I coated it 3 times with UTEE, then gently cracked after cooling and added ink for added distressing. My paper and Family stamped image is Prima, Cuttlebug: Victoria, Martha Stewart leaf punch, all other is misc from my stash. Thanks for stopping by today. Be sure to check out the other DT works this week!
